Description

Apartment house in the green countryside of Tuscany, located a few kilometres from the beaches of Capalbio and Monte Argentario. The site offers the possibility to achieve in a few minutes places like the Terme di Saturnia, the Natural Park dell'Uccellina, beaches and characteristic medieval villages as Pitigliano and Sovana.
The apartment includes 4 bedrooms and 2 baths in a room and is located on the first floor. The dining room equipped with kitchen is separate from the apartment and its use is exclusively reserved for the score. The apartment is well connected with: supermarkets (5 minutes), hospital (10 minutes), pharmacy (5 minutes). Pets accepted prior agreement with the owner. Ideal for families and groups! FREE fruit, vegetables, wine and typical dishes of our production!

A MINIBUS TO YOUR DISPOSAL!!!
If you want to leave home your car can get there by train (station Orbetello-Monte Argentario) or by plane. For a few euros more, a minibus with driver will be exclusively at your disposal for the entire duration of stay. Every day you can agree on the favorites routes.
