At short distance from the beach, we offer quality apartments for weekly rent with large terraces, recently built and surrounded by greenery.
Are available only for our customers 2 beautiful swimming pools with umbrellas and chairs and ample parking.

San Vincenzo centre can be reached by a few minutes walk, while the essential services are only a few minutes far (commercial centre, baker's shop, post office, fishmonger’s, news agent, chemist's shop, confectioner’s shop, first aid and so on )
The apartments "2Rooms Flat" from 2 to 6 beds are furnished with excellent taste, composed of living kitchen and bed-sofa, bedroom, bathroom with shower box, wide dining terrace furnished with tables and chairs. Every apartment is provided with television set, refrigerator, oven, washing machine, table and flat iron, blankets, phone, heating, and the living kitchen is provided with kitchen ware (only same apartments are provided with air conditioning, dish washer, DVD and bicycle)
In low (even winter) season, Festivities or Bridges, rents even inferior a weeks (minimum 3 nights)
The weekly prices included the unlimited entry to the swimming pool
Opening swimming pool: from the 15/06 to the 15/09 2011
Office arrival time from 5 o'clock in the afternoon
Departure within and not besides 9:30 ' clock in the morning
Caution money Euro 200,00 (give back at the departure, after having effected control of the apartment)
Animals NOT admitted
Weekly cleaning obligatory (at payment)
